Wellness Disclaimer
The Violet Aura offers Reiki, frequency-based wellness sessions, handmade ritual goods, and soulful gatherings intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, personal reflection, and overall wellness.
Our services and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or mental health care.
Please consult a licensed medical or mental health professional for any medical concerns, mental health conditions, medications, diagnoses, symptoms, or treatment decisions.
By purchasing a session, product, or event ticket, you acknowledge that The Violet Aura’s offerings are complementary wellness experiences and not medical treatment.
Booking Policy
All sessions are booked by appointment only.
After purchasing a session or package, you will receive instructions to schedule your appointment. Please make sure your contact information is entered correctly at checkout.
Sessions may include Reiki, frequency-based support, grounding rituals, intention setting, or other wellness practices depending on the service selected.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session so we can honor the schedule of all clients.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to forfeiture or a rescheduling fee.
No-shows may not be eligible for refund or rescheduling.
We understand that life happens, and we will always do our best to work with you when possible.
Refund Policy for Services
Because Reiki, frequency sessions, packages, memberships, and event tickets reserve time and space specifically for you, all service purchases are generally non-refundable.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled session and provide proper notice, we may offer a reschedule or store credit at our discretion.
Packages must be used within the time frame stated at purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Package Policy
Session packages must be used by the original purchaser unless otherwise stated.
Suggested expiration windows:
- Sacred Reset Package: use within 90 days of purchase
- Ascend & Align Package: use within 90 days of purchase
- High Frequency Bundle: use within 120 days of purchase
- Energy Maintenance Membership: monthly session must be used within the active billing month
Unused sessions do not roll over unless specifically approved.
Membership Policy
The Energy Maintenance Membership includes one private energy session per month, plus any member perks listed at the time of purchase.
Memberships are billed monthly and may be canceled before the next billing cycle.

Member discounts, perks, or pricing may change with notice.
Gift Card Policy
Gift cards may be used toward eligible services, sessions, events, or products at The Violet Aura.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Gift cards may be transferred to another recipient.
Gift card expiration will follow applicable state law. If no expiration is stated, please contact us for assistance.
Event Policy
Event tickets reserve your spot and are typically non-refundable.
If you cannot attend an event, please contact us as soon as possible. If space and timing allow, we may offer credit toward a future event at our discretion.
Some events may require participants to bring supplies, snacks, or personal items. Any event-specific requirements will be listed in the event description.
The Violet Aura reserves the right to reschedule or cancel an event due to low attendance, illness, weather, emergency, or other circumstances. If we cancel an event, you will be offered a refund or credit.
Shipping Policy
Physical products are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated in the product listing.
Shipping times may vary depending on the carrier, destination, holidays, or delays outside of our control.
Once an order has shipped, The Violet Aura is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
Return Policy for Physical Products
Due to the handmade, spiritual, and personal nature of many of our products, all sales are generally final.
Returns or exchanges may be considered only if an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
To request help with an order issue, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to be considered for return or exchange.
Digital Product Policy
Digital products, including printable guides, journal pages, rituals, meditations, affirmation cards, and downloads, are non-refundable once purchased.
Digital products are for personal use only and may not be copied, resold, shared, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
Handmade Product Disclaimer
Many items at The Violet Aura are handmade or intentionally curated. Slight variations in color, texture, crystal shape, packaging, scent, or finish may occur.
These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and do not qualify as defects.
Crystals, candles, ritual goods, and spiritual items are sold for personal use, inspiration, decor, meditation, or energetic intention. They are not medical tools and are not intended to replace professional care.
Candle Safety Policy
Never leave a burning candle unattended.
Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, fabric, paper, plants, and anything flammable.
Burn candles on a heat-safe surface.
Trim wick before use.
Do not burn for more than 3–4 hours at a time.
Discontinue use when 1/2 inch of wax remains.
The Violet Aura is not responsible for misuse of candles or failure to follow candle safety guidelines.
Allergy & Sensitivity Notice
Some products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, herbs, dried flowers, smoke-cleansing materials, waxes, metals, crystals, or other natural materials.
Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you have allergies, sensitivities, asthma, skin conditions, pregnancy-related concerns, or other health considerations, please consult a qualified professional before using scented, herbal, topical, or smoke-related products.
