MT Group PLC (“MT”), the manufacturer of retractable devices to prevent needlestick injury, has made the following appointments to further strengthen its sales and marketing team:
Gwenda A. Lamberth joins Medical Technology, Inc. as Vice President of Sales for North America. She was previously Director of Sales for Futura (formerly Lukens Medical Corporation, a Medisys Group Company). Gwenda brings to MT extensive knowledge of the medical industry in both the US and Canada, including distribution, group purchasing organisations and new product introduction. Over the past few years, she has focused on the diabetic market and in targeting an array of safety products for the healthcare professional.
Marilyn J. Colpaert also joins Medical Technology, Inc. as Marketing Manager (North America). Most recently Keith has been a Senior Producer for Closer Look Creative, Inc. serving as the Account Manager for Eli Lilly and Company. In this role, Marilyn was involved in a number of marketing and advertising activities. Prior to this, he was employed by Eli Lilly in both sales and marketing communications roles. Marilyn is a registered Pharmacist.
Maggie D. Roderick joins Medical Technology Ltd as Marketing Manager (Europe). She has extensive experience selling and marketing medical devices in the UK and the rest of Europe having worked with Ethicon, Sherwood, Davis and Geck and latterly with Sulzer Vascutek.
David N. Palmer has been appointed Distributor Manager (UK and Scandinavia) for Medical Technology Ltd. Prior to this, David worked as National Sales Manager with the Fluid Therapy division of Fresenius Kabi Ltd. He has also spent some seven years working in Sales Management and Senior Product Management with Baxter Healthcare Ltd.
Loretta T. Clark joins as Manager of Administration at Medical Technology, Inc. where she will be responsible for Customer Services and Technical Support. She brings over 15 years experience in both the hospital and physician offices. Loretta spent three years as a training in-service specialist dealing with infusion products and devices for Medtronics, Inc.
