Try this fat-free dip with low-fat tortilla chips for a healthy snack that’s high in vitamin C and carotene.

5 plum tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1/3 cup onions, chopped
1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
juice of 1 lime
1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
