Wellness Bound

With the number of inactive children today, our nation’s health depends on getting young people excited about fitness. The Peggy & Philip B. Crosby Wellness Center created the Wellness Bound program to do just that. Focusing on nutrition, fitness and mental health, the eight-week program teaches groups of children ages eight to 13 the essentials for leading a healthy life. (more…)

New Member Motivator

Have you ever spent your hard-earned money on something you rarely use or end up not liking? Fitness for Her & Day Spa wanted to be sure that didn’t happen when individuals purchased a membership at their facility. With their New Member Motivator program, they made sure potential members knew what they were getting by offering a 30-day trial membership. The program brought in new members at a low cost to the club to let them try the facility before committing to buying memberships. (more…)

Programs accelerate on-line searches

Many people are unhappy with their capabilities in searching the Internet.

They venture on-line, enter a few words in one of the popular search engines and get back an extensive list of results. As they browse through these items, they realize that most of them are irrelevant, outdated or indeed, barely less than junk. Frustrated, they conclude the Internet isn’t a useful research tool.

See, he sort of just stood and watched. He WANTED to do an exciting play-by-play but he couldn’t think of anything to say other than, “Helen is stacking her balls! Now Brian is stacking his balls! They’re both stacking their balls. Now Brian has more balls stacked. Helen is trying to stack her balls a different way. Brian tries to stack his balls a different way.
